Wuxi Red-Leaf Plastic & Steel Products Co., Ltd was established in Wuxi on March 26, 2001. RED-LEAF has own product development, design, mold design and manufacturing team. We are specializing in manufacturing of pipe protection products such as thread protector, packing rack and bumper ring for OCTG (Oil Country Tubular Goods). In addition, we can offer injecting and pressed products. RED-LEAF products comply with the API requirements, as well as the Premium Connection standard for tubing, casings, drill pipes and drill collars. Our thread protector size range is from 1.315” to 40” for different applications. Red-Leaf provides three different types of thread protectors in terms of material and structure: Full-plastic thread protector, Metal-plastic (Composite) thread protector and Pressed-steel thread protector. Red-leaf is the first thread protector manufacturer, who passed APIQ1 Certification in China with complete API specifications and other common-used Premium connection products.

·  Injecting Machines: 24 sets (5sets of capacity over 600ton)    

·  Hydraulic Press Machines: 22sets (3 sets of 500tons, 1 set of 200 tons and 3000sets of 100 tons);     

·  Punching Machines: 34sets (1setof 200tons, 1set of 80 tons);         

·  CNC Machines: 28 sets (1 set applicable to process 40" thread Protector).    

·  Automatic Coating line: 2 sets.

RED-LEAF has an in-house laboratory that can perform a complete testing for our products. Our testing includes but not limited to the following:
